No Returns For Change Of  Mind.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your hat when it arrives. If it is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product has a major fault.

We currently offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your hat to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your hat must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact info@oasisandquay.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide a return form and instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Sale Items

Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned hat, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
